Melody is saying more words nowadays...though need to figure out whats she talking about heehee..

Adding on to the previous list - ball, 抱抱, 姨姨，爷爷，婆婆， 姐， dear, dy as in short form of daddy, there, 呐， papa, give, 'mum mum' as in wan to eat, mama, no, no more, egg (her fave food recently), got, eat, bear, bob bob (refers to Barney's fren Baby Bop), bb, barb barb (refers to Barney), mei mei (or milk milk i oso not sure) and out.

32 weeks preggie

Went for the 8th mth 'wellness' scan at 32 weeks. My gynae would prescribe this scan for all his patients, wonder if others practise it or not (hmm...?).

In comparison,
* Baby no.3 weighs 1874gms
* Tiffany weighed 1644gms
* Melody weighed 1604gms

Had been worried about bb's weight gain, eating well or not, etc as i hav been vomitting out watever all meals accompanied by ls for the past few days. After a jab and blood test, my appetite returned to normal and i could eat an elephant again! heehee

Mostaix Art Modified

One day, when i went back home after work, Tiffany has erm improved on the art work with the leftover beads which we had brought back!! haha

Mostaix Art Competition

It was a hot and sunny Sunday morning! But nevertheless, the whole family went and root for Tiffany as Auntie Rachel has suggested to let Tiffany take part in Mostaix art competition and mummy thought why not, for the fun of it.

Yeah! it was yee yee who had lent a hand to Tiffy in the competition. And guess wad, we got the 4th position!! Thanks to everyone's hardwork and contribution for making it a fun day for Tiffy - to po po who helped to took apart and catergorising the small little beads, to gong gong who drove yee yee and po po to event venue and helped took care of Melody, to daddy who was the photographer, to mummy for (erm!) signing up the competition making everyone as sweaty as can be keke, and most credit should go to yee yee! She has helped Tiffy complete the art work as fast as she can despite the hot weather and long nails. ;p

Brought Tiffany to a swing at AMK park last Sunday, and she was squealing with delight and couldnt get enough of it!

For the fun of it..Audition for Singapore Calendar Baby

Gosh, what has happened to Melody? One of her double eyelids went missing since tis morning! Then she scratched herself on her arm and the mark was still there. And she has yet to recover from her running nose yet.

Yee yee has signed her up for Singapore Calendar Baby 2010, the audition was held over today and tmr. The theme for today's audition was polka dot (lucky Melody can wear Tiffany's polka dot dress, slightly long but nvm lar ;p) . Melody was supposed to register at 11.30am at Junction 8. By the Melody's turn (after queuing for almost 2 hours!), Melody was very grumpy and sleepy already. She didnt smile on stage despite mummy's cheering, and worse, she cried when it came to her turn for photgraphy shoot off stage. Hmmm.... tink her chances very very slim with more than 400 cute babies vying for the chance to appear on the calendar (based on my estimations).

We were outside having lunch, but Melody refused to wake up no matter how hard we shoke her. haahaa..find it very amusing..in the end i use a wet wipe to wipe her face then she woke up keke...

Visit to Dentist

This was not the first visit to dentist...Tiffany's first visit was probably a year ago but did not bring her back for follow up treatment as the dentist (The Kids Dentist) had recommended her to go under GA to do repairs or further treatment for her teeth, hw can i bring myself to make her go thru such ordeal right.... So today, brought to another dentist (GPA Dental) and viola! the dentist did wonders (drilled and restored the one front teeth which was chipped) and nw she can have a perfect smile! Tiffany was very brave and cooperative throughout the treatment!

The Little Big Club Musical Concert

Brought the girls to The Little Big Club concert at Singapore Expo. Today was the first day of the show. Heh was super happy to see that both of them had enjoyed the show cos they were already feeling very sleepy and it was suppose to be their nap time, but when the show started, they perked up. The atmosphere was being piped up with songs and dances! At one point, Melody was dancing with the crew and nearly 'ran away' with the crew! There were a few characters in the show but when Bob the Builder came up, was very surprised that Tiffany knew his songs and were singing away. The finale was of cos Barney and his gang, when they appeared, all the children went literally crazy!

Front row seats of Sector B2

Was initially undecided whether to go or not (as need to get 4 tickets and Cat 1 nw burnt big big hole in pocket already) till Tiffany reminded me repeatedly , by then can only get Sector B but still front row. Seating still consider quite good, we have a very good and clear view of the show.

Fighting fighting

Whoever told me children would be 'partners' and play together..haiz..my 2 little angels hardly play together harmoniously wor. Po Po and Gong Gong always said 'Ur 2 girls r so difficult to take care, so nottie lei. Next time, no.3 comes along ah, more headache!'

There were many occasions of 'fighting' and just yesterday evening, when i had Tiffy sitting on one lap and Melody came up and also wanted to sit on my lap. So good lar, one on each lap...who knows, Melody slapped on her sister's head, next pinched her sister's shoulder so hard it turned red, next pinched her sister's arm and tried to push her sister away. Aiyo, while trying not to show favoritism, I still carried hugged both on my laps, erm scolded Melody (dunno whether she understands or not) and trying to soothe Tiffy cos she was crying away already. Ended up, Melody also trying to imidate her sister - also pretended to cry lor...

Hmm, was i being too lenient? Should i have punished Melody by not having her on my lap? Should i deploy the cane the next time the girls misbehaved?

Nursery or nursery?

We were travelling along the BKE to Jurong for my sil's son birthday celebration. And on the way, so while I was chatting with Tiffy, we passed by a nursery plant....

Mummy: see what is over there? with a lot of sun shades
Tiffy: what is that?
Mummy: That is a nursery.
Tiffy: huh?? nursery? *pause*
Mummy: ya nursery, where young flowers and plants grow
Tiffy: huh? cannot be la! *laughs*, nursery is for young children like me to go to lar!!

27 weeks preggie

Went for the monthly checkup, and gynae reported that bb is doing good. Can feel harder kicks and punches from little angel.

Weight gained: 1kg (from the last checkup, 3 weeks ago) maybe i should try not to snack so much. urgh..hw to? when bb wants to eat lei..

Blood sugar test: Normal range
Haemoglobin test: 9.9 (but gynae said its ok...)

Celebrated Daddy's 33rd Birthday

Hmmm.. that is how old we are getting...

Mummy and Daddy had a date (those once in a blue moon kind) and we chiong out early in the morning without plans..cos apparently mummy never make plans and daddy had expected her to make the plans heehee.. So we decided to park out car at Bishan (cos parking charges in town is super duper high during weekdays), we took a MRT ride and ended up at K-Box Suntec and sing our lungs out from 11am to 2pm (lunch included, *phew* saved mummy some money wuah haha) then went back to Bishan to catch a show - Star Trek (not much choices) and went for a dinner at AMK Jack's Place..finally we could have some time alone without the kids and can eat at our time own target. And when we were home, all of us led by Tiffy sang a birthday song for Daddy.

Outing at East Coast Park

Finally a public holiday and dear Daddy was not working!

So we all headed out to East Coast Park to cycle. Of cos, Mummy being a preggie now couldnt cycle but still a little sea breeze helped to soothe the nerves ;) And *claps* for Tiffy who managed to learn to cycle on a tricycle.

Heartwarming and touches my heart

Yesterday night, after dinner, I had a very bad stomach ache like with a lot of wind and very painful..so i lie on my bed to rest..and then Tiffany was such a darling she came to the room so many times at intervals to check on me 'Are you feeling better?' And when i vomitted in the toilet, she saw and helped tapped my back...After that, while i was back to bed resting, she continued her checks till i was up and could make milk for her. By then, i was feeling better probably i had vomitted out all the offending food already and heh maybe love has helped my stomache recover faster mah... It was really so sweet of her. *Muacks muacks* to my darling girl Tiffy!

Melody is 15mths old

Melody is such a jovial little baby, every little thing she would laugh.. =) I find it especially funny when she shakes her violently when she dont want something! And when she stamps her feet when she wants something very badly *denotes as 撒娇*!
Of cos lar, she also knows how to nod her head too..

But i dont know why she don like to call me when i asked her to call me lei...so jealous...

Tiffany's First Field Trip

Tiffany's very first outing with her classmates in school on Monday, 27 April 2009. Based on the theme of the term which is Transportation, the school brought the nursery kids out for a MRT ride and Bumbo ride. Daddy has exercised the option to accompany her for her very first outing. =)
