Walking in rain

It was drizzling last Friday morning when we were going to send Tiffy to school. She had insisted on holding the doggy umbrella and wearing the rain coat....so she walked all the way to the carpark. Eddaddy said it was a rare sight cos he had to use stroller every morning as Tiffy had said that her legs were too lazy to walk.

Natalie Swimming Part II

I really find it very heartening to see my little baby enjoying her swim in the pool. It always brought smiles to our faces, myself and my 2 elder girls, when we viewed this short clip.

Natalie Swimming

We went swimming again at SKCC swimming pool. This time, camera din ran out of battery and memory and she was not sleeping. And managed to capture my little cutie swimming in the pool.

Starting solids

Decided to start feeding little Nat some semi solids cos she was 'aiming' at our chwee kueh when we are eating this morning. It was very amusing cos her eyes followed the spoon of chwee kueh from the bowl to her jie jie (who was eating it). So i gave a little bit bit to her and she was salivating haha. So quickly cooked some 'mi hu' for her. And she finished up the lot very quickly. The journery for her weaning starts...one of my new year's resolution is for her try all the food that we eat so that her palate will become accustom to the tastes and texture and will not become another picky eater. *Jia you*

Playing with hands and feet

Natalie's been playing with her feet and toes. Sometimes she will also stuff her whole hand into her mouth and will at times hold my finger and suck on it. And i realised that she is afraid of being tickled heehee...

Iphone Addict

Ever since i got the iphone, it has become the favourite 'toy' for my girls. They would ask for the phone the moment they wakes up or when they spotted the phone lying on the table. I would say they are very apt in navigating around the phone to find the games they wanted, even my Number 2!
Number 2 would ask 'mummy, i play games, can?', 'mummy, throw paper (referring to the game Paper Toss, can?', 'mummy, drive car (referring to Traffic Rush), can?'... As for Number 1, she would just ask to play games and saw her playing Sally Spa and Cooking Mama on several occasions. But sometimes, it seemed like the phone has become their property instead of mine.

Even cant stop playing with the phone when its charging...Melody was waiting impatiently for her turn...

First Day of School

Number One starts her K1 this year and today was her first day of school. And as expected, she couldnt make it haiz..she kick a big fuss when we drag her out of the bed. She told me she cry to school, not becos she dont wan to go back to school but becos she din have enough sleep! She slept at 9pm plus today, so hopefully tmr we wont have such a hard time waking her up.

My 5-month old Natalie

As my baby gets older, she will start to cry when we leave the room or when nobody talks to her. She will get excited when she sees us going to her, her hands will be waving and legs kicking and she'll flash us her megawatt smile! She like us to carry her facing the front, otherwise her curious nature (or kaypoh?) will still make her head turn here and there. And she'll laugh at our funny expressions, seeing her laugh only makes us all laugh even harder. :D

Replacement portable DVD player

The super noise pollution finally triggered my decision to buy a replacement portable DVD player. Haha..really! With 2 chatterboxes in the car, there seemed to be no moments of silence in the car. Faintz! If they are not squabbling, then they would somehow 'compete' in our adult conversation peppering our conversation with screams and songs and whatnot.

The 1st portable DVD player conked on us barely a year of use! Super lousy lor. Hopefully, this Philip one (it came with a pouch to be used in a car and a car charger! just what i need) that i just got will last the kids for erh... years. heehee

My water babies

Brought the girls to Sengkang Swimming Complex to try out their children pool and to try out their reaction to water cos we havnt been to a pool for a long time. Tiffy took to the pool despite that the water was a little cold and her refusing to go swimming when i asked her the last few times. However, I was pleasantly surprised when she eagerly went into the water herself without much hesitation whereas Melody needed a little coaxing before she agreed to go on the float.
See Melody hanging on to me for her dear life! keke
The water got a little cold...cos I could feel Melody shivering...so decided to take her out of pool to change after we took the pic.
Tata! Its Natalie's turn, her first time in swimming pool. Wow, she was the centre of attention! I could feel a lot of eyes on her after i let her try swimming by herself using the neck float. I had a few curious children coming by to say hello. We even had a mummy asking where to buy the neck float for her own 4mth old baby too!
(^,^) Nat can really swim by herself, turning and kicking happily away in the water! She thoroughly enjoyed it and was even giggling when we played with her.

Back to Airport T3

Yes! We are back at the airport again. Haha! This time we went to see the big red musical ball which we missed out the other 2 times. The big musical ball will play Christmas carols and will open up to dispense sweets and goodies at half hourly intervals.

Only kids can get to participate in the retreival of small balls in exchange of some mystery prizes. When the mixtures of balls and sweets dropped out, the other older kids all but blocked the passage of the tunnel and Tiffy only managed to collect some sweets at her end.

However, here she was, ecstatic with her handful of sweets.

And of cos, we went back to the bouncing castle again. This time, due to PH, the q was very long. However, it was all worth it when we saw the girls in their biggest smiles as they enjoyed themselves in the castle.

Funny Faces

Tiffany making funny faces on our way to T3.

Countdown Party

Tiffy and Melody finally had the chance to experience a countdown party, cos daddy was always working and i couldnt possibly bring the girls out alone and so late somemore. But it just happened that nai nai and ye ye stayed over and could help look after Nat and that gong gong and po po came to our home! And there we were, we joined daddy at Punggol North Constituency at his countdown bash. :p Heh edaddy revealed that he was extremely touched and surprised that we were there with him to countdown to the new year!

Beautiful fireworks in the sky opposite...
Capturing Po Po with the fireworks in the background...Our dear po po and gong gong...I relished that we could spend the last of 2009 together and as we counted down to the new year. Hope 2010 would be a wonderful year for all of us!
