Cycling at East Coast

While we were done with Polliwogs, we discovered an interesting bicycle! It comes in different sizing, 4pax type and even up to 6 pax type. We had a go at it after waiting for nearly an hour for the bicycle to be returned! yo hoo!

Melody posing funny faces while the rest of the gang viewing the 360 ski thingy...

Polliwogs here we come!

Finally, the girls ran wild in Polliwogs, located at East Coast Park. It consists of both indoor, outdoor and even a toddlers' play area. Being such a hot day outside, we stayed indoors. While we adults relax by the cafe sipping our cupa of coffee, our children ran and climbed in the indoor play arena.

Let's Play @ Changi T3

Changi Airport has been one of our favourite hangout and this month, we saw a new giant inflatable playground for children at Changi Airport Terminal 3.

We brought our 3 little girls to the inflatable playground for some bouncing good fun and action. Admission to the playground is FREE, but visitors have to produce a single, same-day receipt (no minimum spend required) from any shopping or dining outlet at Changi Airport to redeem one play.

Our girls, including Natalie had a great time climbing, sliding and bouncing. Though Nat had a little abrasion on her forehead since she had no regard to safety and literally 'flew' down the slide. Nevertheless, she seemed to forget her pain after a while and slide all over again.

Movie outing

Brought the girls out to watch movie - Kungfu Panda 2. See Nat so engross and munching her titbit..

Singkids @ Changi T3

Mummy saw a brochure of T3 in our letterbox and it showed a new children's playground located at T3. It looks kind of fun and the playground seemed very cheery and colorful. We decided to check it out...

A short getaway 2 to 4 June 2011

Mummy and Daddy managed to get away for a short trip. The girls are all so happy to be 'camping' over at their 奶奶's house. So we happily hoppped over to a beautiful little island in Malaysia called 'Redang' ~ Laguna Redang Resort. The day before Day 1...

We took a night bus and after a long travelling time for about 11 hours, we reached Merang Jetty.

Day 1

Finally, we board a ferry at 9.45am headed for the little island, it took nearly an hour before reaching. We gathered at the hall for a briefing - the snorkeling trips, the facilities and the activities available at the island. Hmm...sounds exciting...

at Laguna Redang Resort's jetty...
collapsed in the cosy and spacious room...beautiful pool view from our room... after sumptous lunch at the Terrace...still soaking in the beautiful sights

After lunch, we head our for our first snorkeling trip of the our lifetime...at 3pm....location - somewhere out there (haha cannot recall the name) in the deep blue sea...

our first underwater photography..don think my eyes were open.. hee..trying hard to hold my breath and not to be overwhelm by the sea...
hmm..cannot see anything the first time..don even know that therez a coral there..only pose becos the photographer said so....keke...hmmm..."nemo's house, pose!" and down i went..

I took a while to adapt to snorkeling...but after a while, it was wonderful :) Wonderful to see the lovely marine creatures..the colorful fishes swimming by...the 'hungry' fishes which nimbled our fingers thinking that they are bread!

the sea of people snorkeling with us...there were 7 boats seating about 50pax each! But amazingly, the sea is able to accomodate all of us without us bumping into each other much.

After a tiring day out, we had another round of bbq buffet dinner...

It was time to enjoy the lovely sunset and a round of drinks at the beach pub...

enjoying the live band and i was having 'Redang Island cocktail' and Daddy having '..on the Beach cocktail'...

Day 2
We started the day with a good breakfast, and we head out to Marine Park. It is a very nice beach..but amazingly, the waters are filled with as many beautiful marine fishes. I think i see some parrot fish too! So pretty!

At 3pm, we headed out to the deep blue sea @ Pasir Akar...for another round of snorkeling!

There was nothing much to do at night, except we went for a foot massage, a round of drinks at the beach pub with live band, shopping at the sourvenir shop again...but that night, i saw a shooting star in the clear dark sky!

the famous More More Tea Inn..

I will forward to the day when i can come back to this beautiful island with all my darlings...this time..
