Chingay parade 2

Mummy need to work again for the 2nd day of Chingay...just wanna share the finale of Chingay...beautiful fireworks which lasted about 2 mins... :)

This year, mummy had to work at Chingay...the working comm was given 2 tickets each. Initially, eddaddy had to be on duty hence we had given the tickets away. And at the last minute, due to some unforseen circumstances, eddaddy no need to be on duty! And thanks to mummy's kind colleague, she helped to find 2 tickets. And so, my little princess can get to see Chingay for the 1st time.

Happy Birthday to Alton

大年初一 (Feb 14) happened to be my cousin's 1st birthday too. Uncle invited us all to his house to celebrate Alton's birthday.

大年初一

First day of CNY, mummy dressed the little girls in traditional clothes. They looked so adorable in it. And as per tradition, the first persons that children 拜年 to, will be their parents. So my little darlings 拜年 to eddaddy and mummy in exchange for the 红包.

Playhouse Disney Birthday Book

Managed to send in Melody's photo to Playhouse Disney Birthday Book. And her photo got selected too! So happy and so very happy that i happened to be at home to chance upon the clip on TV!

Happy 2nd Birthday Melody

Time flies, Melody is 2! We planned a mini birthday party for her at home. I had a tee specially printed for our little girl.
This was my present for her...a pretty birthday dress...
And a special 3D birthday cake for her. She had repeatedly mentioned that she wanted a Barney cake. So had ordered one for her. Looks very pretty hor :)

I remembered that she was feeling the limelight the whole day. Cos she dutifully posed for me and when we sang her the birthday song, she was almost blushing already keke.

Mummy: How old are you?
Melody: I am 2 years old! Not scared of 'imming..
Mummy: okok, so Melody is not afraid to go swimming already?
Melody: arh...

Walking in rain

It was drizzling last Friday morning when we were going to send Tiffy to school. She had insisted on holding the doggy umbrella and wearing the rain coat....so she walked all the way to the carpark. Eddaddy said it was a rare sight cos he had to use stroller every morning as Tiffy had said that her legs were too lazy to walk.

Natalie Swimming Part II

I really find it very heartening to see my little baby enjoying her swim in the pool. It always brought smiles to our faces, myself and my 2 elder girls, when we viewed this short clip.

We went swimming again at SKCC swimming pool. This time, camera din ran out of battery and memory and she was not sleeping. And managed to capture my little cutie swimming in the pool.

Little Natalie was very getting more aware of her surroundings and she loves to touch things. When we use our handphones, she would want to touch too!

After a week's of brown rice cereal for lunch...today, i steamed some pumpkin for Nat to try. After steaming, need to mash, sieved and add i added some bm to make the pumpkin more watery. She got grouchy before she could finish it cos she wanted to sleep liao.

Yummy Feast @ Lobster Place

Dear eddaddy brought us to the Lobster Place at Simei ITE for a small feast cos mummy was feeling down bah. The food was not bad. Its specialty is lobster..yum yum. Eating good food sure up the mood level heehee

Starting solids

Decided to start feeding little Nat some semi solids cos she was 'aiming' at our chwee kueh when we are eating this morning. It was very amusing cos her eyes followed the spoon of chwee kueh from the bowl to her jie jie (who was eating it). So i gave a little bit bit to her and she was salivating haha. So quickly cooked some 'mi hu' for her. And she finished up the lot very quickly. The journery for her weaning starts...one of my new year's resolution is for her try all the food that we eat so that her palate will become accustom to the tastes and texture and will not become another picky eater. *Jia you*

Natalie's been playing with her feet and toes. Sometimes she will also stuff her whole hand into her mouth and will at times hold my finger and suck on it. And i realised that she is afraid of being tickled heehee...
