Natalie at 8months

Natalie is 8 months now!

• she is able to push herself to sitting position...
• drooling alot (more than her sisters), we described her drools as raining. There was once when we were in a lift and Tiffy and me were 'rained' in her drools.. keke
• can wave bye bye!
• still weighing like a feather...

Performance at School's Assembly

Today, I sent Tiffany to school. And as usual, i loved to see her at assembly cos they will sing school songs and bible songs before going back to classes. When they sing bible songs, it always reminds me of the days when i attended Sunday school classes. And it seemed that the exhaltations and praises gave me renewed strength hmm is it God reaching out to me....

Ok, I had a pleasant surprise when teacher called upon her class Faith A, for a performance! Apparently, they had been rehearsing but was tad disappointed that the teachers did not inform about the performance so that i can get my camera my video and watever ready. But luckily, eddaddy had one camera on hand *yippee*

Jacob Ballas Outing

Brought the children out to Jacob Ballas Children's Garden, and its the first time (in a very long time) that we all went out full force and without a maid. And we made it! The only 'trouble' was that our darling girl kept wanting to visit loo and i have to be the stand-in maid. *faintz*

It was a super sunny day. The sun showed no mercy on us. The heat was terrible when we were touring the garden. And we 'chop chop' finished the tour and we share an ice cream at the Kids Cafe near the entrance.

Melody 2nd day of Playgroup

Well..all went well yesterday. But she cried when i left her. I can hear her cries from outside the door. However, she sang Happy Birthday song and baa baa black sheep in the afternoon with her sister, does that show that she likes gg to playgroup? hmmm...

This morning, when we tried to don her uniform, she said 'don wan teacher', 'don wan to go 豆豆班' *faintz*... we had to coax her before she agreed to wear her uniform. And when we reached the class, she clanged to me like a panda bear! haa..the teacher had to pry her from me.. no matter how 不舍得, i had to learn to let go so that she would get used to being in the classroom without me. So i went home to wait for her instead of waiting outside the class like yesterday. Time to fetch her...

Melody's First Day of Playgroup

Dear Melody has been anticipating for her 豆豆班since January. Had signed her up for 豆豆班with the intention of keeping her occupied for 2hours daily and finally found Tots House who has vacancy and able to accept her.

She was very excited and have been talking about it and 'informing' everyone she knows. ;P See her excited face even when though i 'digged' her out of the cosy bed this morning.

My 7 month Natalie

My little girl is 7months old already. How time flies. It has been 2 months since I went back to work. Little babies literally transforms like a butterfly. Initially, what they can do is just to sleep and drink milk...now 7 months already..she can do so much more.

• can crawl backwards (very fast)
• can crawl forward (but needs some motivator eg. a book)
• started her semi solid food
• smiles her toothly smile, she has 2 bottom teeth appearing in her gums
• she is learning to express her emotions like when i walked away, she cry..when she is jealous that i carry her sisters, she also cry ;p
• laugh very loudly when tickled

It's Baking Time

Today, we baked a batch of mini cupcakes and a super big one as Tiffy named it. Hmm,why the super big one? Bcos too tired to bake so jus pour all of balance mixture into a 8" cake pan heehee...Tiffy helped with the icing on the mini ones, but the icing paste doesnt seem to be thick enough and harden..hmm..anyway we did all that when Melody was sound asleep so we had one less hand to shoo away keke...and i tink its a great bonding activity.

Fun at KidsExplorer

This is the first time we went to KidsExplorer at NTUC Downtown East. Since 奶奶 and 爷爷 went to Genting for holidays, I took leave to baby sit the gers. So we took the gers here for some fun. Tiffany and Melody enjoyed themselves (and i seriously tink that our maid oso enjoyed herself!) and Natalie stuck to me like 'ko yeok' ie. plaster. Haa i tried to leave her on the ground for some pic taking, she cried like a lost sheep. And, i tink memory is failing me after 3 children, i brought the camera without its battery! Sobsob...heng still have an iphone to stand in.

Chingay parade 2

Mummy need to work again for the 2nd day of Chingay...just wanna share the finale of Chingay...beautiful fireworks which lasted about 2 mins... :)

This year, mummy had to work at Chingay...the working comm was given 2 tickets each. Initially, eddaddy had to be on duty hence we had given the tickets away. And at the last minute, due to some unforseen circumstances, eddaddy no need to be on duty! And thanks to mummy's kind colleague, she helped to find 2 tickets. And so, my little princess can get to see Chingay for the 1st time.

大年初一

First day of CNY, mummy dressed the little girls in traditional clothes. They looked so adorable in it. And as per tradition, the first persons that children 拜年 to, will be their parents. So my little darlings 拜年 to eddaddy and mummy in exchange for the 红包.
