Tiffany's New Hairstyle
Finally able to persuade Tiffy to go for a hair cut. Little vain girl wanted to keep her hair long, i dont mind but i tink itz a big mess! And i tink long hair makes her feel very warm and she gets easily irritated by little things...haiz..So had persuaded her to cut her hair short. Can see her gloomy face profile right?
hair stylist cut a concave hairstyle for her...haha so she wont feel that her hair is very short when she looks from the front view.
tata! she and her new haircut. dont we all feel that she looks fresher and more cheery! ;P

Blessed Christmas!
This year, our family had a christmas dinner and present exchanges at my home as usual (keke hope it will continue year after year and become a family tradition). This is a very special Christmas as we added a new member - Natalie - and it's her very first Christmas!
Whatz a feast without a spread! This year, instead of ordering or catering, its a all home-cooked favourites.

1) Steamed Crabby Crabs
Preparation: Wholesome without any additional flavourings just a dash of ginger.
Verdict: Yummy, meat is super sweet and juicy.
2) Fruity Roasted Chicken (1st time trying out the recipe)
Preparation: Marinade chicken overnight and roast it with green apples and strawberries.
Verdict: Tender and juicy meat. Yumyum.
3) Terriyaki Salmon
Preparation: Marinade in Terriyaki sauce, pan fried Salmon and drizzled with Terriyaki.
Verdict: Good!
4) Ebi Tempura
Preps: De-shell prawns, dip prawn in tempura flour and breadcrumbs and fry.
Verdict: Sinful yet delicious and very crispy (finally break my jie-kou to eat seafood after 4months)
5) Enoki Mushroom with Bacon Wrap (1st time trying this recipe too though we had a similar recipe where we wrap bacon with aspharagus the year before)
Preps: Clean up mushroom and bacon and wrap. Grill the wrap in oven till done.
Verdict: Tata! Nice combination. Crunchy, juicy and very tasty. Again, we din add any other flavourings.
6) Angel's Hair spaghetti with white clams and prawns
Preps: de-shelled prawns, clean the clams and cook together with spag sauce.
Verdict: yummy. spag was just nice, not too soft not too hard. Sauce too, just nice. :)
7) White Christmas Ice Cream Log Cake (bought from ICE3)
Everyone raved about the choc ice cream, not so sweet. Yummy! Edaddy had a hard time chopping up the cake *sweat*
Haha we all had a very yummy and satisfying meal and a great time unwrapping the pressies!

Christmas Eve
Wow, we wanted to drive down the lovely street of Orchard Road to see the lovely lightings of the season. So we intended to start from Tanglin and drive down to the end of the stretch. BUT...but we were stucked in a massive jam at Tanglin for almost an hour! Haha we gave up and turned into a slip road cos the traffic hardly moved and our babies were getting impatient.

Happy 9th (rom) Anniversary!
Edaddy took mummy out for a movie and lunch in celebrating our 9th year (rom) anniversary on 16 Dec. I was touched that he still remembers it and had applied leave to bring me out. Unfortunately, he had an urgent meeting at night otherwise we would probably be celebrating over dinner instead of settling for a lunch.
We brought Tiffy along with us, and watched The Princess and The Frog movie at Cineleisure. It had been a long time (erh abt 5months?) since we last watch a movie. We went to Raffles City for our lunch and came by this beautiful display of Barbie collections, including a few sets of real gowns. Wow very beautiful!
Tiffany helped to pen her wishes (or rather her name) on the ball for the new year. :)
After our Japanese lunch at basement, Edaddy brought us to Funan in search of a cover for my new iphone :) He chose a red leather one, with a flip type! Just wad i liked. Thanks Edaddy for the wonderful afternoon and the presents.

SSO Babies Prom 2009
Today, finally got to go to the SSO Babies Prom at the Victoria Concert Hall. The tickets are real hotcakes, the tickets were sold out for all shows by mid Sept! Lucky, we managed to grab 3 tickets after a tip off that they added one more performance timeslot.
The setting was extremely informal inside the concert hall; all kids were encouraged to clap along, do funny actions & are allowed to go to the front of the stage to see the performance. At the end of the performance, all kids were invited up onto the stage to mingle with the members of the orchestra, and also to get really close to the many instruments. The gung-ho Tiffany melted into the crowd and onto the stage without much hesitation, daddy had to hurry hurry to the front to look out for her!
Overall, it was a nice performance. While i thought i might fall asleep halfway, on the contrary, it has managed to captivate both kids and adults alike. Even baby Natalie was listening to the lovely music.

Care Bears Meet and Greet II
After the show, as we window shop, we discover a splash park. Oh..it was a playground at the top level of the shopping mall! The girls enjoyed the slides, the water play, the climbs, etc but we had to go too soon bcos daddy had to rush back to office after sending us back home.
Care Bears Meet and Greet
We hopped to the newly renovated Sembawang Shopping Centre to catch Care Bears. Since only children were allowed into the area, we watched the 2 girls from the 'fence' and they were waiting patiently for the start of the show without me with them. They are growing up...soon they wont be needing me as much anymore...
The show ended very quickly and we took a family picture. It seemed like Melody dont really like flurry bears getting too close to her! She was wriggling away again keke.

Bouncing Castle at T3
Yesterday, we visited T3 to try out the bouncing castle and to experience 'snow'. Not much of a snowy experience but we had a fantastic time, yes even me! I climbed and slided with her till i ran out of breath *old le old le*! ^.^
Tiffany enjoyed it so much that she tumbled down the slide instead of sliding down the proper way!!
When daddy signalled for photo taking, we had difficulty standing still after all the bouncing and had to lean against the huge christmas erm bell (?) for support. keke.Next, we came across another playground at basement 2. Tiffany flew there and continued playing. Children will never feel tire where play is concerned, hmm actually who dont love to play!? Hee..
my little bunny...
Erh where was Melody right??? She was sleeping in the pram and only awoke when we were about to go home. She has missed out the fun. Nevermind, next time next time...
